(1) Pursuant to sub-section (9) of Section 9 of the Act, when the investigating officer requests the details of transactions in any office, association, institution or any bank or financial institution or cooperative organization and details of financial transactions in securities, in the format as per Schedule-18, to the relevant body or organization. Should be sent in writing.
(2) For requesting details as per sub-rule (1), the department shall create a related record in the format as per Schedule-19 and record the revenue leakage information number, name, surname, nationality of the accused, details of the transaction and the date of the letter requesting details and invoice number in the said record. Will have to open up.
